There Arose Such A Clatter…

I sprang from my bed to see what was the matter.
Away to the window I flew like a flash
Looked out to see what caused the loud crash…

That’s when I heard the loud flapping of the huge plastic tarp flying in the breeze like laundry on a windy day. The landscape timbers and ladders that were used to hold the bottom of the tarp down, were being tossed about as the angry tarp tried to get free. The tarp was anchored to the building with screws. But the force of the 30-40mph winds were tearing the tarp from its’ support. The ladders banged against the parking lot floor and the landscape timbers lay tossed about.
When the painter arrived with his crew the next day, the tarp had to be removed…if we could catch it. The wind was relentless. Between our staff and the contractors, the tarp was wrestled down and put away. Peace reigned once more at the Riviera.
Take a look at another wing painted and the great tarp wrestling match.
