While walking on the beach of Lake Michigan, I spotted this chunk of cement. The wording on this chunk made me wonder if it had anything to do with the building of the Mackinac Bridge. What are your thoughts?
The mid August evening was breezy and cool. I went for a drive by McGulpin Point Lighthouse and decided to drive onto the beach of Lake Michigan.The sunset was beautiful and I promised you that when I saw a beautiful sunset I’d post it. So here it is. I hope you enjoy it!

I used to be terrified of crossing the bridge, let alone drive across it. I finally caught them. I have several pictures of the parking lot, bushes and the favorite, the drive way. I looked out the lobby window and saw Alvin and Clarisse scampering everywhere. I took out my camera and set it on sport action. Snapped a picture and here it is for you.
We leave the laundry room door open to make it easier to bring in the laundry. I was standing hip high in laundry yesterday, when I caught some movement in the doorway.
