Sunday morning, I glanced out my window and much to my surprise, there were several yatchs from the Chicago to Mackinac yacht race. They were being pushed along by a stiff southwest wind. I had to hurry to take some pictures because these boats were moving. I grabbed my camera and took some pictures from the second floor end balcony. Some of the sails were red, white and blue. Others were bright orange, lime green and deep purple. They were a beautiful sight. I was hoping to get more pictures in the afternoon, but that wasn’t to be. They had blown through rather rapidly. I hope you enjoy this beautiful sight.
